I recently placed an order with The Field OutfittingI received an email notification telling me that my order was placed successfully and listing each item I purchased I later received an email telling me that my order was shipped and supplying a tracking number When my order arrived, only half the items were in the box I contacted them to see if the rest of the order was on the way and received another email, but this time they told me that my missing items were out of stock they would refund those items There was no communication of that fact before I contacted them and certainly no indication of any problem with the order prior to me reaching out to them It makes me wonder if I would have gotten my refund had I not contacted them I am done dealing with them after many orders If you choose to do business with them, know that you aren't guaranteed to receive the items you "purchase" and you need to stay on top of them to because their customer service is not great

This company is simply smoke in glass Beautiful pictures but nothing else They lie about your order status both via phone and email! They refuse to help in any way to resolve their internal issues that affect customers orders I will never recommend or order anything again from The Field Outfitters or The Grace Project! What a joke!

A few months ago I ordered some pants from The Field OutfittingAfter weeks I had not received any notification that my order had been shippedSo I emailed the "concierge" and I received a reply saying that they had moved their warehouse and could not locate my itemI ended up asking for my order or a refund I eventually had to contact my credit card company to help me get my refund
I am embarrassed to admit that I tried again after getting an email from this merchant offering 75% offI ordered a pair of shoes When I did not receive a shipping notice I again emailed asking if my order had shippedThe reply said the item I ordered was sold out They said they could not tell me when I would receive my refundAgain I contacted my credit card company to help me get my refund
In both of these cases there were no apologies offered

Great product but terrible company.

1. 3 episodes of purchases on sale/"promotion" which applies a discount. All 3 times have warranted a CC charge of the full amount despite confirmation of the agreed upon sale price. 3 times over 18 months. Its not an error, its SOP to see if you notice the difference in the mailed item invoice vs your purchase confirmation.

2. 3 returns on products per company protocol, 0 refunds applied to credit card. Given the consistency of the "mistake" SOP seems more likely. Company is betting not all customers check their bill to see if refund is applied.

3. The "concierge" service is just a 3rd party company there to take complaints and send them to "accounts; billing or returns." They have no power, just there to take complaints and pass them down the line. They are a buffer to keep you from talking with actual company employees. Request all correspondence in email. I have the impression that the company manning the complaint desk isn't real happy with the field despite picking starting business with them inn sept 2015.

Placed an order for 4 items. 2 of the items were delivered. After waiting two days I contacted customer service, and was told the remaining two items were out of stock, and would not be back in stock, and would not be shipped. I was told I would get a refund. That was 13 days ago. 7 days ago I was told my refund would be coming soon. Since the, they have been unresponsive to my questions, and have not refunded my money for the items I bought.
