Review: Mr [redacted] is the property manager at the complex I have ben living at since January 2015. Since January my gas has ben shut off about 6 times. Each time I call P G & E they are very accommodating, they quickly come and turn service back on. In the beginning we thought it was by mistake or accident, but about 3 months ago the water at the complex was shut off completely for non payment. At which time [redacted] told us the gas meters in back were switched and the reason P G & E keep shutting off our gas is because at one time my unit which is unit K was originally unit H. My partner and I never questioned anything, just kept paying our bill. About a month ago gas was shut off when the new tenant moved into unit H, the original renter was evicted obviously for non payment. When we called P G & E they sent out a tech he took us in back and showed us the meters and they clearly show they don't match the unit numbers in front, and told us P G & E doesn't care who pays as long as its paid. We called [redacted] and asked him if we should be worried if there were any discrepancies in billing and he assured us there was nothing to be worried about. Since then P G & E has verified we have ben paying for another unit the whole time, and they have started an investigation, I personally have called [redacted], he denies all knowledge, saying he had no idea the extent of what he had a part in. P G & E told me today there are adjustments from 11 dollars, to 50 dollars to 150 per month that I have paid to an incorrect unit and is continuing their investigation. When I speak to [redacted] he tells me he has a problem listening to dishonest people, which is exactly what he's ben the whole time. The unit I live is unit K, there are other units from unit A to unit K, if this person is taking advantage of me who else is he taking advantage of.Desired Settlement: I feel [redacted] should be held accountable for his actions, and take responsibility and tell the other units of what he's not telling them. [redacted] is a licensed realtor, and there are rules for dishonesty and withholding information that may or may not affect other parties involved. If I had never called P G & E, and they brought this matter to my attention, he would have never had said anything and continue to collect monies. Now that he's caught he denies everything
