Thank you for taking action in this case. We have had the same issue as you. He agreed to pay our deductible and out of pocket costs in early October and then we never heard from him again. Because of him, my wife and I lived in a hotel for 2 months around the holidays so I don't intend on letting him get away with any of this. In the event that you aren't able to reach him, will the review of his business still be posted on your site? I want to make sure that when someone searches for his business, they see what he did. I don't want someone else to get ripped off. Thanks again for helping us.
