My 15 year old son was talking to the owner of The Finishing Touch [redacted] company)he was wanting to make an appointment - the owner of this company said that in order to make an appointment he had to e-transfer $200.00 to her. Without us knowing and a lack of better judgement my son transferred the above amount to the company. The following morning when I had found out what had happened I phone The Finishing Touch - spoke with the owner - and asked to have the money refunded. The owner said that she would not refund the money but there is a gift certificate there for him to pick up. I told her that I thought it was unreasonable for my 15 year old son to have to put $200.00 to hold an appointment and asked to have the money returned to my son. The owner continued to argue at me so I left the conversation asking to have the money returned by the next [redacted].
