BUYER/SELLER BEWARE IS THE UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE YEAR!!! Having both grown up in Omaha and knowing how "small town/big city" it is, my husband and I truly cannot believe that The Firm is still in business Having been in the process of buying a business for almost a year, we've now talked to COUNTLESS lenders, commercial realtors, etcwho will not do business with this company because they know that the buyer and/or sellers have been sold a bill of goods that is or entirely misrepresented!!!! For instance, attempting to sell a business whereby the owner hadn't signed the agreement to sell, yet taking a prospective buyer through the ENTIRE 4-month long buying process Our advice....talk to ANY AND ALL major commercial lenders, SBA lenders, etc DO YOUR HOMEWORK! DON'T take their word for anything, no matter how many accountants and attorneys they have on staff, not matter how good they make the numbers look!! There is something to be said for the fact that the largest SBA lender will not do business with them! Don't be fooled like we were!! I'd be happy to have a more detailed conversation with anyone considering using this company and point you in the right direction so it doesn't take an exhausting year long learning experience as it did us!!
