To Whom It May Concern: We have read and acknowledged the complaint filed by [redacted] , and have attempted to resolve the aforementioned issues multiple times via phone and email conversationsAs a medical practice we strive to help every patient to the best of our ability [redacted] has a number of medical conditions to which no doctor can provide complete assurance that will she will definitely cured/resolved.As part of offering her the best treatment, we not only explained her dietary issues during follow up phone conversations, and addressed her concerns pertaining to her health; but additionally attempted to reach her via phone during our business hours multiple times- but she complained about the time of day she received our callsWe still believe we can positively impact her health but without an appointment in person, issues or confusion are bound to ariseWe attempted to schedule [redacted] for her follow up visit so that we could properly continue to help her, but she refused that as well.On October *, we offered her to come in for her follow up visit free of charge and credit any supplements she received She also refused that resolution Furthermore, the total cost of [redacted] ’s initial visit and testing was not $but actually $3700.which included separate lab fees and the doctors visit At the time of her visit she signed an agreement acknowledging that she was aware and responsible for the charges from this visit; which we have attached a copy ofWe have included the receipt for services.We understand that every patient is different, and aim to provide the best treatment possible, and have not had any complaints of this nature in our years of practiceWe also understand how difficult it is to suffer with a condition which she has not found a treatment for despite numerous other doctors she has consulted We are more than happy to resolve [redacted] ’s issue, by offering her a refund for the total amount of $2,for her doctors portion refunded of payment for her visit $dollars and any in-house tests/purchased supplies $In addition [redacted] is aware that she has insurance and that the remaining lab portion of her bill may be covered as wellWe hope that this provides a satisfactory resolution for [redacted] so that she can find a doctor that will be better suitable to meet her needs

Unfortunately most of what the doctor's office claims above is not trueThis is the first I am hearing that I have a "number" of conditionsI have one issue that I went to the doctor forI was not expecting an overnight fix, nor did I expect not to have to go backI did expect the doctor to look at my chart before making a diet for meThat doesn't seem like much to askI did expect some follow up when I contacted the office to say there was no changeI did expect someone to schedule a time to speak with me when I specifically said that my work schedule demands that (I did not complain about the time the office called me, rather just told them that I am often in meetings or on the phone and need to schedule calls).Moreover, in keeping with the poor communication and service I've received, my insurance company confirmed yesterday that no claim had been filed by the office on my behalf, despite repeated assurances in writing and over the phone that this had been taken care of.Regardless, I need to get this resolvedI paid a staggering amount of money to this practice and got very little in return in terms of serviceI am asking for a full or near full refund as I have to seek help elsewhere.Thank you.*** ***

We still believe we can positively impact her health but without an appointment in person, issues or confusion are bound to arise. We attempted to schedule [redacted]for her follow up visit so that we could properly continue to help her, but she refused that as well.On October *, we offered her to come in for her follow up visit free of charge and credit any supplements she received .  She also refused that resolution.  Furthermore, the total cost of [redacted]’s initial visit and testing was not $4700.00 but actually $3700.which included separate lab fees and the doctors visit.  At the time of her visit she signed an agreement acknowledging that she was aware and responsible for the charges from this visit; which we have attached a copy of. We have included the receipt for services.We understand that every patient is different, and aim to provide the best treatment possible, and have not had any complaints of this nature in our 25 years of practice. We also understand how difficult it is to suffer with a condition which she has not found a treatment for despite numerous other doctors she has consulted  We are more than happy to resolve [redacted]’s issue, by offering her a  refund for the total amount of $2,000.00 for her doctors portion refunded of payment for her visit $600.00 dollars and any in-house tests/purchased supplies $1400.00. In addition [redacted]is aware that she has insurance and that the remaining lab portion of her bill may be covered as well. We hope that this provides a satisfactory resolution for [redacted]so that she can find a doctor that will be better suitable to meet her needs.
