Dear Revdex.com, I have read and investigated the situation underlying this complaintFirst, I appreciate Ms [redacted] for expressing her impressions and disappointment with Fischer Plumbing in this transaction Learning from candid feedback, both positive as well as negative, is how organizations get betterI particularly appreciate that she paid the invoice even though she felt strongly that we should not have been paidWe will issue a refund check in full for this service callYet when we complete over 1,service calls each month with of them successfully executed, I'd like to explain why this one did not result in us bringing value to this customerSimply, this was an after-hours call And the symptoms described to the answering service were suggestive of a different problem than it turned out to beWe sent a pipe insta***, rather than expert drain specialist We will accept responsibility for improperly interpreting the nature of her plumbing issueDan is a great human being and very skilled, but he was the wrong person He is a very skilled pipe insta***, not a drain specialist Dan offered to Ms [redacted] to bring a drain specialist at no extra charge which she declined at that pointSo we apologize for this inconvenient episode We trust [redacted] may be willing to provide a second chance someday I guarantee the outcome would be successful and differentThank you, Daryl M [redacted] MBA / CPA, owner ....and all the fine people who care at Fischer Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Restoration
