Dear Revdex.com, I have read and investigated the situation underlying this complaint. First, I appreciate Ms. [redacted] for expressing her impressions and disappointment with Fischer Plumbing in this transaction. Learning from candid feedback, both positive as well as negative, is how...
organizations get better. I particularly appreciate that she paid the invoice even though she felt strongly that we should not have been paid. We will issue a refund check in full for this service call. Yet when we complete over 1,000 service calls each month with 999 of them successfully executed, I'd like to explain why this one did not result in us bringing value to this customer. Simply, this was an after-hours call. And the symptoms described to the answering service were suggestive of a different problem than it turned out to be. We sent a pipe insta[redacted], rather than expert drain specialist. We will accept responsibility for improperly interpreting the nature of her plumbing issue. Dan is a great human being and very skilled, but he was the wrong person. He is a very skilled pipe insta[redacted], not a drain specialist. Dan offered to Ms. [redacted] to bring a drain specialist at no extra charge which she declined at that point. So we apologize for this inconvenient episode. We trust [redacted] may be willing to provide a second chance someday. I guarantee the outcome would be successful and different. On August 30, as a result of either my notifying them that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com or of your contacting them, Fischer Plumbing sent me an evaluation and estimate of repairs. This is what I needed, so the case can be resolved as satisfied.
