I decided to do business with Gabriella P because I was interested in her products. I ordered 2/14 and still have no merchandise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased several items from Gabriella P in February 2020. My purchase totaled around $100+. I felt comfortable doing business with her because she seemed trustworthy and she had a lot of customers. It wasn't until I continuously had to request my tracking number and question delivery dates that I started seeing personal complaints about her. I have seen several phone numbers for her, addresses as well as duplicate Facebook accounts! She responded on the page I'm familiar with that "I am a fraud, I will steal your money!!! Don't order from me!!" I was contacted by several other ladies whom in which are experiencing the same issues with "Gabriella." One lady has personally gone to pick up products at a local hotel in Baltimore she is staying in!! Of course the front desk gives you the order, not Gabby. The front desk, even asks for your id!!! Why?? I requested a refund from her some time ago and she told me she didn't have my money because she used it to purchase my items. I told her I want my money because that is no longer my problem!! She never even sent me a tracking number. Something needs to be done to her and whoever else is involved with her scams. She recently posted that she will no longer be doing business and that she handed her business over to a friend of hers, but later that week she was selling lashes, vendor lists and sandals............. She needs to go to jail! We have families, bills and responsibilities just like her! She was always quick to share that her boyfriend didn't have a job and she had to pay for her hotel room. She stays in a hotel with her boyfriend and toddler son were probably lies as well. I actually felt sorry for her as a woman! I purchased because I genuinely liked her products and was excited about my purchases.

On 2/14/2020 I messaged a woman by the name of Gabriella P regarding a red heart bedding sent her $68.00! I have not received my merchandise.
On 2/14/2020 I messaged a woman by the name of Gabriella P on facebook regarding a red heart bedding set that she was selling. I asked her the price and told her I lived in New Jersey would she be able to fulfill the order. Ms. P replied she shipped anywhere. Ms. P that began to quote me the price of $67.49.and told me payment was by cash app, Venmo or zelle. I proceeded on and sent a payment of $68.00 through ***. she told me to send through $summerbodygoals and that it would say The Fit Thick Factory on it. She then proceeded to tell me once I pay she will confirm and began "Right Away" processing my order. She also stated she would send me a receipt via email that would serve as a transaction of my order. She said shipping takes 10-12 days.
On February 23, 2020 I reached out to Ms. Gabriella P regarding my order 2 times that day at 9:15 a.m. and again at 9:30 p.m. Ms. P returned my inbox message at 10:03 p.m. telling me she was sorry and have been busy sending out updates She informed me it would be another week or so.

On March 7, 2020 I reached out to Ms. P again at 4:16 p.m. she didn't respond til 7:08 p.m. telling me everything was in enroute and she would have tracking number.
On March 21, 2020 at 8:05 a.m. I reached out to Ms. P letting her know that I ordered from her and have not been kept up to date I have not received any confirmations and this was not how she should conduct business when my money is involved.
At 2:26 p.m. Ms P replied she will check with her dropshipping company about my order and follow up.
On March 24, 2020 I have stated to Ms. P its been over a month and if she was an honest person this is not the way to conduct business!
NO RESPONSE!

I placed a order in November of 2019, I have yet to receive my product.
I placed an order in November 14 2019. They have been giving me the run around. Stating it took 6 weeks for the order to be shipped. It's been 5 months I have not received anything. I asked for a refund and they ignored me. This is not right they are stealing from people. I paid through PayPal order to "$summer body goals.. the payment was 78.48 and order number 1225. It was a November luxury VIP.

No product was ever sent to me since 10/2019. No response either

I haven't received my package & it's been 6 months... When I ask about it all I get are excuses...
I ordered with This thick fit project company since June 2019, and it is currently Feb 12th and I still haven't received my package. Every time I ask they just tell me that they're busy and they're working on it and that they'll have an answer for me by a certain day and when that certain day comes I message them and they tell me another excuse. I have yet to receive a tracking number, they sent me one once but was in "pre shipment" for months. I would look the tracking number up and it would say that the package was waiting for arrival to the facility. So meaning they just made the label and never sent it off.. when I asked them about why it's been in ore shipment for a month they told me that they would find out and let me know. Which they did, but it was another excuse.. they told me that the box got ripped and they had to replace it? Now I send messages, and they don't even look at them or reply.. I've asked for my money back and even with that they have an excuse... they told me I had to wait cuz some dumb stuff. I'm just really upset w/ this company because all I've ever received are excuses, and no package..

ON NOV.,18, 2019 I ORDER A SUMMER BODY GOAL PACKAGE FROM THIS COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD REC IT AND NEVER DID. I EMAIL TO COMPLAIN NO UPDATE.

DEC 15TH , 16TH AND 17TH I SENT A TEXT TO THE SITE ONLINE ASKING THE REP WHEN THE PACKAGE BE RECEIVED, SOMEONE FINALLY RESPONDED BACK ON THE 17TH ADVISING THAT THE TEAM HAS BEEN WORKING HARD ON GETTING THESE LATE ORDERS OUT AND THAT THEY WILL BE IN TOUCH SOON AND ALSO TO EMAIL THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS [email protected] AND SOMEONE WILL GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME. DEC 20TH NO UPDATES I THEN PROCEEDED TO REACH OUT TO INSTGRAM MESSAGING TO THE REP I WAS DEALING WITH PREVIOUSLY AND WAS TOLD AGAIN THEY WORKING ON GETTING IT THE SUPPLIERS WERE BACK UP AND SOMEONE WILL REACH OUT. DEC 30TH I REACHED OUT AGAIN BECAUSE I HEARD NOTHING AND WAS SOMEONE WILL FOLLOW UP AFTER THE HOLIDAY. JAN,3RD AND TODAY JAN 7TH I REACHED OUT AGAIN NO RESPONSE. THE ORDER NUMBER I REC WHEN I SENT MY MONEY THROUGH CASH APP WAS 1272, I HAVE NO PARTICULAR SALES REP INFO THE PAYMENT THAT WAS SENT WAS FOR 30.00 USING MY CASH APP ACCOUNT. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE WEIGHT-LOSS PRODUCTS ALONG WITH UGG SLIPPERS AND A COUPLE OTHER APPEALS. IT WAS A SUMMER BODY PROJECT SPECIAL OFFER.

I ordered a product and have not received it.
On November 18th of 2019 I put in an order with The Fit Thick Project called Black Friday Early Access. I was given an order number ***. I then proceeded to pay a woman by the name of Brenda V on Venmo for the amount of $28.50. I was emailed on the 29th of November asking me what color ugg slippers I wanted, I replied on the 4th of December that I wanted black ugg slippers. That was the last correspondence I received from customer service. I have emailed a total of 9 times and have not received any confirmation about my order. I DM their Instagram and I've been blown off several times.

Placed an order months ago and still have not received it.
I placed an order February 20th and did not receive it. It took me awhile to get a hold of someone or I just kept getting the run around. I was then given a code to resubmit my order. I resubmitted my order april 22th and still have not received that one. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via email. I have also been blocked from all their social media so cannot contact them that way.

I have yet to receive anything from them.
I have tried to get a get a tracking number after not receiving the product I ordered for over a month. I never got a tracking number because they kept telling me they were backed up on shipment. after about 15 emails I said I believed it was a scam and they told me they didnt want to go back and forth with me and my scam assumption, so they will refund my money. I said I was my money back and product because I have waited long enough. they said it would take 10-15 days to receive my money through cash app.

I have not received my products and I can't get anyone to respond to give me an update. I ordered over 2 months ago.
December 27, 2018 I ordered from this company via Instagram where they do most of their advertising. I was told that I would get a tracking number and confirmation email within 24-48 hours. I received a confirmation email on January 5 (which is a week later) after numerous messages asking for update. The email stated my order #BKH-XXXXXXX and that I should receive my package between January 14th and January 18th. It also stated that I would receive a tracking email within 24-48 hours. On January 19th I reached out to them via Instagram to let them know I haven't received anything and would like an update. They wrote back stating that someone from customer service will get back to me soon. I still haven't heard from customer service, and I still haven't received my product. After numerous attempts to contact them they have now blocked me from Instagram. I just want my refund or my products and I want it now. This place is unprofessional and I will never ever ever order from them again.

I ordered from this business months ago and haven't received anything not even a response.
I I ordered from the company on September 27, 2018. I ordered the 15 item VIP for October. I payed via cashapp. I got my confirmation within 10 minutes and it states I payed via *** which I didnt. The confirmation stated I will recieve my package by the 15 of october and if I haven't recieved tracking info my the 10 to email. I emailed and emailed and I got no response. November 7 I was able to get a get a response back and the person Anita *** stated she spoke to "management" and they reprocessed my order. Well now its December 1st I didnt recieve package or no one from that page or email is responding to me at all. This is a scam and they need to be shut down before they scam anymore people out of there money.

Service was amazing. I ordered my waist trainer on 04/06 and received it within 2 weeks. I ordered another one 08/15 and received it by 09/01. I am now on my third order. Product ad good quality. My waist trainer lasted and is comfortable. Would recommend to others.

Scammers, place your order and you'll never see it
So I placed an order In 7/1/18 for $30.00 which asked me to pay through "Cash app" which I did. They were quick in responding taking my order and money. I received an email right away confirming my order and as well there a "back order due to high demand" which I can understand. its been two month nothing. I sent several emails to check the status of this and a "Christina Rodriguez" reply back I should receive a response 24-48 hours. NOTHING!! So today, I placed a comment under all their IG pictures/post so people are aware of these scammers. Then I received an email again from Christina as follow: "Good afternoon ma'am. You have been removed from our page due to you leaving comments on our page telling people that we are scammers. Your tracking went out in your email quite a few days ago. Please check your spam folders."

Of course they removed me!!

All I want is my money back, yes its only $30 but it's the principal of this matter. People needs to report there IG page so they can stop scamming people who works hard for their money!!

Ordered from Alicia ***, thefit.thickproject on Instagram in April 2018 and did not receive products. No response from seller.
Ordered from Alicia ***, on Instagram at thefit.thickproject in April 2018. It is now May 29, 2018 and no product received and no response from the seller.

The Instagram profile, thefit.thickproject now states under new management, which I suspect to be false, since Anita Imelda responded to my email asking for my name and once given, no response and still no product.

This seller is obviously a scam artist and will continue to change her name, handle, business name, etc to continue to rip people off.

I should have paid $35 through paypal but paid through Venmo and all they could do was contact the seller. They stressed to not conduct business through venmo and are updating their own policies and practices due to this problem.

I have emailed them more than 10 times I received one response saying they had already responded. They continue to ignore my emails look into why my product wasn't filled and why I haven't received my product. They refused to give me a refundI paid $30

I order a product which, I paid for via paypal. the item never came and the company still cannot provide me with the shipping detail.
The aforementioned named company advertised a 'waist chain underwear on Instagram. I message the company on Dec. 26, 2017 to order the underwear. The company emailed me a pay pal invoice for $30 USD, which I paid. Up to date I have not received my order. I contact the company on instagram on several occasions requesting the tracking number as they told me shipped the product. On January 30 I asked for a refund of my money since I still have not gotten my product, the company gave me some story about I have to email their website and speak to customer service. I am unable to email customer service as they still have not provided me with the contact for same. The company has bee giving me the run around and I am of the option that I was scammed out of my hard working money.
