she agree to work with payment arrangements with me I have all my receipt since the first day I moved in these will show who's been cashing the money orders if I have behind for that long why wait until now to try to take me to court they are trying to remodel all the apartments and raise the rent what better way is to try to lie and kick me out.she never came in and fix a broken window I have the same old window since I've moved in her and him both have told my daughter that they No longer-want meas a tenant all I have left is hundred fifty to pay for April may I have all my money orders somebody is not being truthful and I just want someone to get to the bottom of it I'm asking for help I'm tired of being harassed every time I file a complaint something else happens I know she's going to harass me once I send this off the police might be back at my door so please help me .and she's never text me about turning off water or fixing anything like I said the first time I woke up one day to a letter affixing in the building on my table when it should have been stapled on my front door I'm asking for help

The kitchen chip in base of cupboard was known and will be repaired. see picture. living room screen nothing is visibly wrong with it see picture.no missing bathroom shelves, see pictures.hot water in bathroom is working good, no signs it was not working.no pipe leaking under kitchen sink no water...

damage noted, see picture.kitchen faucet is leaking slightly and will be replaced today.bathroom fan is working, no condensation mold or mildew noted see picture.air conditioner is working when she called me went over and checked the filter it was dirty and I cleaned it for her, the air conditioner will be replaced next spring for the hot weather of 2017.  Through the wall air conditioners are not on demand cooling they can cool about 5 to 10 degrees at a time you have to leave them run for efficiency of cooling. This was explained to her by me on that day.She has not contacted me to complain of any of the above problems other than the chipped cupboard and air conditioner in the past, with the exception of the water leak that was taken care of immediately.My phone number is on the side of each building so I do not know who she has been contacting with these problems.  But we address each issue as they arise in a timely manner.

I am rejecting this response because: Full of LiesFrom day one, the manager of Fitz Apartments has been less than truthful, so the fact that her answer to my complaint is full of lies isn't surprising. It is the typical response for someone who is trying to save face. Despite the manager's response stating that my issues and statements are fabricated, I have time stamped pictures and videos to the contrary, in addition to phone records showing I have contacted the manager and/or the owner repeatedly months ago about these issues. Any pictures the manager has provided were taken over the past few days when a number of my complaints were suddenly and finally addressed. None of management's claimed repairs were completed before 11/14/16. The exception would be the bathroom wall, which I reported on 9/5/16. On 10/12/16 I came home to find the wall patched, on 10/13/16 it was painted over, on 11/14/16 it was painted to match the rest of the bathroom. On 11/15/16, the kitchen faucet and pipes that I have been complaining about since March was finally fixed. The missing bathroom shelf and the “chipped” kitchen shelf were still in the same condition as the day I moved in, 10/2/15. On 11/16/16, I came home at approx. 6:15 p.m. to find a notice from a pest control company on my counter letting me know that two roach baits were laid; one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. While the manager states in her Revdex.com response that the bathroom shelf is in tact, I have taken a time dated stamp with the roach bait clearly in view showing that the shelf is still missing. The screen that has been hanging since I moved in on 10/2/15 was also fixed.Which brings up another issue; the disturbing habit of Fitz Apartment management entering units without leaving a notice of entry. Management has been in my apartment five times that I know of since I issued my initial complaint to the Revdex.com and not once has a notice been left, despite my being told by maintenance on 9/5/16 that they would. Fitz Apartments lease states that they must leave the tenant a notice stating they were in the unit and what they were doing in the unit. I began to work outside of my apartment in September. I would leave at 7:45 a.m.and return at 9 a.m., then leave at 11 a.m. and return after 5 p.m. I noticed on 10/12/16 that someone entered my unit between the time I left at 7:45 a.m., and returned at 9 a.m. The office hours on my official Fitz Apartment documentation states that normal hours are 9-5 Mon-Fri, so why is management monitoring my movements, waiting for me to leave at 7:45 a.m. to enter my apartment without leaving notice of why you are in my home? Why enter my unit before 9 a.m. - while I'm not home - knowing I will be back at 9 a.m. for two hours? This is a reoccurring theme. I have no idea how many times they have been in my apartment that I haven’t noticed. It is incredibly unnerving that there have been so many unannounced visits to my unit but no repairs have been completed until this week. Also, there was absolutely no notification to this tenant that pest control was coming so I could properly prepare. Simply a notice on my counter that they had been there and had laid bait traps. Again, this is contrary to what is in the lease which is adequate notification for such services but once again, there is no effort to make this complex livable for anyone but themselves and their clique. Seeing as the manager doesn't have the character to be truthful or contrite, I’ll address her responses individually:The kitchen chip in base of cupboard was known and will be repaired. see picture.{the kitchen shelf “chip” in the base has been there since 10/2/15, and as of 11/16/16 is still there. The same day that management came to my apartment regarding the fan, 6/12/16, I was told that she never got my voice message about smoke spewing from the fan and roaches because she was having problems with her phone and that the fan would be fixed. It wasn’t until after I sent an email to the owner in July complete with pictures and videos, that maintenance came to my unit on 7/6/16 and replaced the bathroom fan.}air conditioner is working when she called me went over and checked the filter it was dirty and I cleaned it for her, the air conditioner will be replaced next spring for the hot weather of 2017.  Through the wall air conditioners are not on demand cooling they can cool about 5 to 10 degrees at a time you have to leave them run for efficiency of cooling. This was explained to her by me on that day.{The duct taped air conditioning unit spews cool air initially for about 20 minutes and then it spews warm to hot air. I told the manager this on 6/12/16 and she said that I have to clean the filter once a week. I knew at the time that was ridiculous and her instructions only resulted in an increased Xcel electricity bill, not a cool third floor apartment. I ended up borrowing a box fan and putting that in the window all summer. I sent the owner a video of the air conditioner running after 8 pm and it didn’t register below 86 degrees - at night. Imagine what it was like during the daytime especially since the “new” carpet smells like pet urine when it gets hot and I don't have a pet. (Pulling back the carpet revealed soiled padding.) The pictures and video of this air conditioning unit show a poor attempt at sealing the unit with duct tape (because the unit does not fit in the space) and there are obvious gaps that let in air and pests. Why the unit wasn’t replaced so that this tenant who worked from home could actually do so without suffering all summer - while replacing the air conditioner for the apartment directly across from me - is as big of a mystery as why they are waiting for summer 2017 to rectify an obvious, ugly, and often brought up issue? What was wrong with summer 2016? AND, winter 2016 is coming so this poorly sealed, non-working air conditioner will be letting in cold air all winter long.She has not contacted me to complain of any of the above problems other than the chipped cupboard and air conditioner in the past, with the exception of the water leak that was taken care of immediately.{This is blatantly untrue, so much so that I feel compelled to upload all documentation, pictures, and videos online as proof of my living conditions. The water leak issue was finally resolved 11/14/16 when the bathroom was finally painted, two months after the fact. She was very much aware of these issues and if she wasn't, the owner certainly was back in July. She chose to ignore them.  My phone number is on the side of each building so I do not know who she has been contacting with these problems.  But we address each issue as they arise in a timely manner.{The majority of my issues were not dealt with until 11/14/16, unless waiting for at the least; two and a half months, and at the most; one year, one month, and two weeks as timely. Her number appears several times on my phone records.}In short, five of the issues I originally included in my Revdex.com complaint were resolved between 11/14/16 and 11/16/16, not before. Then there is the matter of entering my apartment repeatedly without notice and failing to inform this tenant in a timely manner about pest control. This concerns me.  The online documentation will include the letter and attachments I sent to the owner in July and all of the pictures I have showing how I was treated by Fitz Apartments. I will also include phone records as proof that the person I was calling was Fitz management. It is perfectly clear that while management expects tenants to abide by the lease, they have no intention of doing so. By forcing tenants to live out their lease in ridiculous and undesirable conditions, the message is; we don't value you as a tenant or a human being. I was subjected to 13 months of busted amenities, then repeated entries into my unit without notification - not to mention a serious lease violation, only to have Fitz management tend to the majority of my complaints within a number of days, then call me a liar after making me live and work in depolorable conditions. I reject Fitz Apartments’ response because it is ridiculous, shameful, and full of lies.
