The Fix It Man

Review: fix it man came to the house to look at my dishwasher. I was not home and my 18 yr old son was home . The control panel w2as off but all wires wers intact. Apparently he complained the panel was off and he could not diagnose. I spoke to him on the phone and he basically said my dishwasher was not worth putting any money into it .Charged my 70 dollars and mad several remarks to my son about taking the panel off they were very rude. I came home looked at it again and noticed the door hinge was not locking. reset it works great. Called [redacted] and we discussed the electric power loss .was advised their was a fuse on the panel the part cost 30.00. Called the fix it man and told him I figured the problem why couldn't he . He never tested anything and was rude on the phone saying he couldn't figure the lock out he stayed 10.min . And no service call money returned .Desired Settlement: like to get my service call monies back
