I am rejecting the response from the operator of The Fix Kiosk. On 10/10/2015 I came in to have my screen replaced, this is not when my phone was destroyed by them. I returned on 10/15/2015 to have them repair the mistakes they made when they originally replaced my screen, my phone was fully functioning and in perfect condition, except for the proximity sensor that had been broken when they replace my screen during my first visit. The screen was brand new, there was zero damage, dents, scratches to the frame, and the phone was 100% functioning. I was told that they would be able to repair the damage they caused during my first visit to them. Hours later they explained my phone was no longer functioning and destroyed. That is when they completely removed the screen that was not cracked/broken and put on a previous customer’s broken screen. At that point, my phone would not even power on or boot up. They are lying to try to cover themselves because all of this was absolutely their fault. I would not have had to spend $1000 to replace my phone and lost months and months of pictures and data if I had not gone back to ask them to repair the sensor they broke during my first visit to them.

11.12.2015Comp id : [redacted]([redacted])Dear [redacted];This is Alkan, I am operator of The Fix Kiosk, on 10.10.2015 we had repair request from costumer named [redacted], Her Phone was completely destroyed, screen was cracked and LCD was damaged, also frame was not straight. As a 4 year...

experienced technician I helped thousands of costumer and fix their devices if phone doesn’t have severe motherboard damage or software issue. We spent 4 hour for diagnostic, did change screen with Lcd, tried everything to repair her phone twice but she wasn’t satisfied with our service and request refund. We did issue full refund, put her broken/destroyed screen back and explain her that her phone is not repairable, there is either motherboard damage or software problem which we don’t handle those type of repairs. Normally we supposed to charge her for service charge for diagnostic, but we didn’t even charge her anything, we did full refund for screen protector which is not re-usable as well. I did my best to fix her phone, but phone was destroyed and it wasn’t fixable. She received full refund without any problem. And I was very polite and cooperative. What it seems to me, she is trying to get free replacement or money for her destroyed/broken phone. Please see our Service Agreement attached, that she wrote her name, signed it and agreed. The Fix Kiosk“Costumer agrees not to hold The Fix Kiosk responsible in any way for the failure or functionality of any and all hardware or software associated with Costumer’s electronic device, cell phone, tablet or computer including any failure that occurs while attempting repair and understand that repair may void manufacturer warranties.”If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to call me.RegardsK.Alkan A[redacted]The Fix Kiosk operator###-###-####1[redacted]Fairfax, VA 22033
