The Fix

I purchased a battery Case for an ***/*** model *** color rose gold on 12/23/19. I returned to The fix on 12/23/19 for an exchange, because the charger port is to big for the charger for the ***. I was told by store employees that they didn't have it in stock and would order me another another case, but a different style. They said the would call me when it comes in. Three weeks went by with no response from the store. I returned to the store today 1/17/20. The same two employees were in the store claims they forgot to order it.Then he told me that the shipping cost was too expensive to order just one case. Then I asked for a refund of my money. Ali said that they don'tdo refunds that I could get a store credit.I explained that I didn't want or a non battery case. I wanted the battery powered phone case. He said that he would order the case this time. I asked him how was he going to order me a case today if the shipping was to expensive. There is no sign posted for no refunds in the store or on the receipt. They are giving me the run around over a defective product they sold in their store. I believe they have no intentions to replace this. It was the only thing my daughter asked for for Christmas. They couldn't get the charger to work themselves. I did not break the item or simply don't want it. I paid for it and it was defected upon opening the box. It's bad business to tell a customer you didnt order the product they said they were going to order because the shipping cost is to much. My $40 dollars is to much to give away on a product I can't sell or have fixed anywhere.
