Review: The flagship in was not a quality stay for us. I attempted to talk to the manager while there on our visit but was repeatedly told he wasn't in. Even when we checked out the manager was unavailable until noon when he was to arrive in. The staff would make no attempt to contact him for me while I was there. On the third night of our stay there after moving rooms once because the AC was not working. Our ceiling in the bathroom started to leak water. There was an existing hole in the ceiling from where the water was coming in. We asked to move rooms and where told none were available that could accommodate us. The staff said they would have someone look at it while we were gone and gave us an ice bucket in the mean time to catch the water. When we arrived back around 9 pm. Nothing was fixed. In addition to the water coming into our bathroom the counter surface around the side of the sink was nailed in with rusty nails that were sticking out and easily could catch or scrape a person. When I attempted to call several days later to still talk to the manager I kept getting hung up on. I wonder if there really is a "manager". No one could help is there. Very dissatisfied with our stay and service.Desired Settlement: We stayed for four nights. Wed-Sat night. I would like 2 nights refunded Friday and Saturday for when we experienced the water coming into our room and they could not accommodate us on any other room.

The guest stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. On this last night guest complain of leak in the bathroom. We checked out the room and the door frame was little wet, most likely by shower, no carpet or floor was wet.

We have the Health Department came look at that room and found no health hazard.

We apologize for any inconvenience to the guest. At this time we can offer $20 refund to the guest.

Review: Arrived at 3:30 pm, after the required check in time.Entered our room.1. Bed was half made & hidden with the quilt, so not visible right away.2. Bathroom, never cleaned. Soap wrappers on the floor, previous renters wet washcloths etc, still in the bathtub.3. Refrigerator, still had old food and packets of sauce, spilled in it,soda bottles, disgusting.4. All of these conditions, are a serious health violation, as the next person, can catch whatever, was left behind.5.Management was irritated, because we wanted the room "actually cleaned and disinfected".She sent 1 "Maintenance Man" for the bathroom, his cleaning was to pickup the trash, grab the wet clothes, from the tub. Spray the toilet.He refused to clean the room, refrigerator, etc kept repeating"Maintenance, not Housekeeping, call the desk". The desk, said tell him to do it all. Excuse, not my job, he is not my employee. She gets him on the phone said something. He grabbed the trash out of the refrigerator,the whole time, cursing in Spanish.I finally told him, be careful where you curse people out, guests and employer, because I can understand you perfectly, you never know who can speak Spanish. He just stared at me & mumbled something & left.The so called " Breakfast included" another lie.In the so called pretty lobby, the pics show, is actually a little areabehind a locked door, the size of a small bathroom. A pot of black coffee, no creamers, no milk nothing. A cellophane wrapped plain donut,you could use for a hockey puck. If you tried to bite it, you would have damaged your teeth. Welcome to "Breakfast [redacted]Desired Settlement: If you look at the advertisement and the listed amenities, for their Inn, as [redacted] has it, you think, that this is a very nice place. Plus, your using [redacted], so it has to be what is stated in the advertisement and pictures.However, that is your 1st mistake.Before filing this, I attempted to resolve this issue, several times, with [redacted].Attached you will see the emails between myself and the [redacted]

Review: We booked a 2-night stay on a weekend because it was near [redacted]. We got there late at night and were appalled. We were not expecting the Ritz and expecting shabby furnishings, peeling paint, lumpy mattress, etc (this actually was--no exaggeration--the WORST hotel/motel mattress I've ever slept on, but that's not even my complaint). There were:-Cigarette burns in the top comforter. Or an animal chewed through, but probably cigarette burns. The room was non-smoking. -Something that looked like animal droppings in the corner. My girlfriend thought it was mouse poop, I don't know enough to tell, but it shouldn't have been there. I consider this a health issue. -The toilet would not flush properly. It took at least 3 attempts. I can provide photos of all these things. I also showed photos to the man at the front desk and offered to show photos to the manager. We went to the front desk in the morning and said there was no way we'd be staying the next night, cited the conditions, and asked for our money back. They said the manager would not be back for several days and we could call them then.I just got off the phone with the manager. He refunded us for the night we didn't stay but refused to refund us for the night we were there. His reply--he couldn't refund us because we hadn't asked to switch rooms. It was 11:30 at night and we had been driving--we were not exactly in the mood to pick up our stuff and shuffle around again to another crappy room in the motel.The condition our room was in went beyond run-down and into disgusting and possibly illegal. Not only that, but these things--broken toilet, burned comforter, droppings on the floor--are entirely preventable issues. The fact that they still charged us--with the flimsy defense that, at 11:30 at night after a day of travel, we should have asked to move to a different (and likely no better) room--is downright insulting.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the night we spent here. The idea that we should not receive a refund for the room simply because at 11:30pm we were not in a mood to complain and shuffle around again is ridiculous. The room went beyond shabby--we expected shabby--it was absolutely disgusting.

Review: I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel, and the service was not as promised so I checked out after 1 night asking for a full refund, but was only given $37.80. The items/service offered on their website were inaccurate, and the staff/owners were very rude and not accommodating to say the least. They also insisted that I stayed more than l night which I have proof that I did not.Desired Settlement: I would like the rest of my payment refunded in the amount of $92.61

Review: I rented a room for next month (may2013) and I had to cancel. They told me that everything was good and that I will be getting my money back it have been a week and they have yet to do it. my wife has been hung up on countless of time by the manager after he said he would call her back (lie) Now they wont even answer the phone because they have caller I.D.

Looks like the customer booked reservation from online travel site. if the reservation is made directly with us we do not charge until the time of check-inn. if booked online customer will have to call the online travel agency and cancel with them.
