But in the last 3 months I have had life circumstances that have altered my ability to get my work done and I have not been in contact with any customers by phone. I apologize for not contacting or returning calls in the past. However, I am back in my shop and willing to get the jobs done and be in contact with customers as needed. I am offering my services to complete his order as promised. and will offer any discounts to help resolve this problem I have created. I normally don't fall off the face of the earth of a month at a time. I am usually on time or a few weeks behind in orders. But I am willing to make it right in any way. It is not my nature to accept payment and not give a product back in return.I'm hoping we can get this resolved in a timely manner and I have said by July 15th.
