When *** *** moved out of apartment #***, he was upset about his move out balance. The only balance that he had were his final utilities, days of rent and a $cleaning fee for his apartment. I did give *** my Regional Manager's email address when he asked for the
information to corporate. When My Regional Manager, Lorie Glasscock, was in the office with me on January 8th, she and I both called and left a message with *** to return our phone call. He has not responded and My Regional Manager did leave her direct line to the corporate office. We have tried to make contact with him and he will not return our phone calls
