Dear Ms. [redacted],This is in response to your inquiry regarding a complaint from Ms.[redacted].Our policies stated on the web site specifically disallow any return and/or refund requests once the order is shipped out. We have pointed out that this policy is due to the fact that all products are either custom cut or assembled plus the fact of high costs of overhead and shipping.An unconditional return/refund policy is not universal although it might have been practiced by many big stores but regrettably not us. No buyer of any merchandise should take this policy for granted.
