her event.As most ALL of the wedding vendors I am aware, they do not refund a deposit. When we pull a date off of the calendar for another wedding we find it very hard to book another wedding. We make plans and schedule our vendors and set in motion many things that we cannot change. The vendors do NOT refund deposits made by us to schedule that day by the bride.The original document she submitted to you is a form blank that lists the services and allows us to make notes the day we meet.
