several issues with the Flint Journal. one is the send you several bills, I have call regarding this issue several times , it seem they cannot correct this problem. WHY.
Another issue is , I did not get a paper on Sunday 3/8/2020. when I called to ask if I can have a paper delivered to me on Monday , they said my account had already been credited. My problem here is Sunday is the only day I want to receive the paper but is cost more for sunday only, so I have weekly delivery. This makes no since. Also when I call customer service they were very RUDE.
ALL I WANT IS A SUNDAY PAPER.
After reviewing the complaint and fact checking the phone numbers attached to the account we conclude that the customer called on 3/13/16 to stop the [redacted] delivery and then again on 5/2/16. A cell phone may have been used for the other contacts mentioned but we do not have record... of the number of calls noted in complaint. We will stop the delivery. A do not deliver message has been recorded in the system under the address of [redacted] ***. We also contacted the carrier and have asked the district manager to drive by the residence over the next few weekends to ensure delivery has stopped. Mrs***' account is paid to 7/17/Our billing system sends an invoice only when a subscription is expiringHowever, I mailed a confirmation of Mrs***' last payment which will show her payment amount and correct expiration dateI personally addressed the envelope and it will be mailed

Mrs. [redacted]'s payment paid the subscription to 7/7/16, but the customer also received an adjustment on the account for a vacation stop that did extend the account to 7/17/16. Today I mailed an updated copy of the expiration date that shows 7/17/16.
