The Floor Crafter

Review: On February 8th, I met [redacted], owner of Floor Crafters at [redacted] in Hillsborough, NJ. I picked some samples for a new wood flooring and [redacted] was at the counter with [redacted] an employee of the store. They told my husband and I that Floor Crafters could come out to do a floor measurement. We made an appointment and an employee from the company came out to measure. At the time of measurement, we were charged $25.00. Neither the employee of [redacted],, [redacted] or [redacted], himself ever spoke of a charge as we provided our address for the appointment. Returning to the store today, we were told by [redacted] employees that they could not refund our money. Coincidentally, as we entered the [redacted] store we over heard another customer complaining to an employee of the charge for measurement. He like us had no knowledge of it prior to the appointment. I left a message with Floor Crafters today and they did return our call. [redacted] told us that when they install they will deduct the 25.00. We are not using them for installation and would like a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of $25.00.
