Jewelry somehow disappeared and a few minor details with the workmanship of the installation (hardwood floors) We had all the flooring replaced in our home (literally every inch of it, including recently finished attic)The first day, upon returning home from work, we noticed the hardwood floor in the family room area was not ran the direction that was wanted When we asked the installers about it, they said it was too late to change it because of the work (about 1/3-1/2) had been completedWe accepted it and figured that it may look just fine after we called ***, whom had sold us the product, and she stated they do it the way they always do The wood flooring in the hall also appeared to be a little scratched (guessing from moving washer and dryer to a bedroom to tile that area) but once again, we just went with it because we knew it was quite a large job and the installers were working hard December 18th, all the work was complete with the exception of one small area that t

4/25/was supposed to be my installation date on my [redacted] floorsThe installers showed up hours late left without finishing the job On 4/25/ [redacted] installer " [redacted] " came to remove carpet from my houseInvoice ***He was supposed to complete the job with his people that day He arrived hours late and then left early said he would be back next day [redacted] the salesperson called me on 4/26/15, to ask how I liked the floorsI told her my issues and that they weren't completed She assured me he would complete them on 4/27/ This was my husbands birthday and his twin brother was visiting out of townHe was there [redacted] brought people in my house who were not contracted with [redacted] cussing, smoking and not completing their job Instead of sending someone else to complete the job they didn't finish it and knew I complainedThis put me in an uncomfortable position as a customer He furthermore stayed until p.mon 4/26/essentially keeping us

Company put wrong floors down, damage and messed up my stairs Managers would not come out to look at the problem it would not solve my issues We went in the office at floor depot talked with [redacted] the manager picked out a color of flooring and she brought it to the deskWe then began to sign a contract thinking she wrote down the correct information did not know the name of the floor just the color so we signed They came out and put my floors in, halfway through we noticed it was the wrong floor and said something but they assured it was the correct one so we thought that was our mistakeWhen they got to the stairs to stain the stairs the same color as the floor it was the wrong stain because they brought what we had picked out.They said since we signed a contract it was our fault and that they would not do anything to correct it so now I have messed up stairs and wrong color floors that I did not pick out and paid $Also will be getting an attorney

I purchased square feed of hardwood flooring and had installed by Floor Depot of Southaven, MS, I received courteous, polite, prompt sales attention, excellent price and one of the best buying experiences everHighly recommend this business to anyone interested in home flooring of any kind

The problems include installation and product defects Claim submitted and Floor Depot refuses to follow up with the claim It has been years!

I was a potential customer who has been waiting on an ITEL report for the last days from the Bartlett Store at ***I have called and stopped by there numerous occasions to speak with *** , whom came to my house measured and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to replace our rain damage flooring after we got the roof repairedAfter she contacted the insurance company she an as well as my insurance company told me that I would need and ITEL reportI was instructed by *** to get an sample of my flooring and the insurance company even sent and prepaid parcel for them to mail itAs of today, the answers have been the same, we have not heard back nor would they give me the phone number to the company that is doing the reportMy question to the ***, is does it take over days to get such a report and when can I get an answer besides what *** is always telling meI don't consider this to be very professional at all and especially non-caring on ***

I recently hired the floor depot to do my tile in my bathroom and shower and they did an excellent job. The sales people were friendly and knoledgeable they really made my buying experience pleasurable and stress free. The installers were very professional and curtious. I would highly recommend them for any projects in the future and I will definitely use them again thanks floor depot.
