I do my work according to my booking schedule Around Xmas we are usually booked out 3-weeks I did [redacted] job about months ago and have not heard from her since She called and I told her I would re-grout her bath floor and she said nothing about her shower We put her in line and did the floor as I said Then she called and said her shower needed to be done and I was surprised when she said that because I looked at it and it was fine But I said would come after Xmas and put her in line again I had to go to the beach and get families in their houses before Xmas-who had been waiting weeks She did not like that and wanted me to put them off and do her now I explained she was not an emergency and they were and she said she did not care What a nice person!!!I will be glad to put her in line again for her small problem[redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:The Floor Shoppe was paid over $in April to install a shower and bathroom floor with white tile and white grout. In May, month after installation, I called to get them to fix the grout that was coming up exposing the sides of the tileThe Floor Shoppe came out to re-grout both the shower and floor November 16, I went to The Floor Shoppe with a note asking for help and different pictures of our shower and floor tile showing the grout had turned brown and the step into the shower was cracked. I spoke with an employee who saw the pictures and agreed there was a serious problemNovember 23, I went back to The Floor Shoppe since I had not heard back from them. Again, I spoke with an employee and asked to have *** *** contact me (I do not know the names of either employee but can easily identify them by sight) After still no response, I phoned The Floor Shoppe November and spoke with *** ***An appointment for December at 1:was set to have both the shower and floor re-grouted. *** made sure I understood the shower could not be used for hours to allow the new grout to dry*** was not happy that she needed to fix the problem and did not understand why we were not satisfied with the brown groutBecause I work, I had someone at the house waiting for The Floor Shoppe to arrive at 1:December At 2:when they had not arrived, I called to inquire when *** said they were at another job and it would be at least 4:before they would be at our houseNo one called to let us know of the delay. When they did arrive, the floor only was re-groutedI was shocked that the shower was not done. I immediately texted *** *** asking when they were coming back to finish. She never responded ( I have a screenshot to the text with time stamp and date). December 17, I called The Floor Shoppe and *** said she didn't think the shower needed to be re-grouted. When I insisted it did and that was what we had agreed on, *** became angry and said it would have to wait until after ChristmasI told her I have been asking for help since Novto get this latest problem resolvedThe Floor Shoppe should finish with me before starting another job. I paid for a service and product but must wait until the scheduled new customers (money makers) are finished instead of fixing the existing problem. When I told her I wanted this resolved immediately, *** hung up on me. When we called in January 2016, *** set up an appointment for January to re-grout the shower. Returning from work, I find the shower floor only was re-grouted, not the walls. The Floor Shoppe has been such a disappointment. Their customer service is non existent. Not one time did *** *** say she would make it right, sorry for the inconvenience or take responsibility for not providing what we had agreed on and paid for. Every time I had to track *** down. My trips to the shop leaving pictures and notes and phone calls and texts were never acknowledgedThe Floor Shoppe has not provided us with a white tiled and grouted shower and bathroom floor that we paid forWhy would we have to wait behind others when they haven't done it correctly? I'm "not an emergency"? I paid for this in May and still don't have it. I don't think it's a small problem at all.Thank you, *** ***

This was taken care of when her husband called and we came out the very next day. Her husband can verify it was done.
