After many attempts to contact The Flooring Guys to schedule a measurement and installation, I could hardly get any response from them about pricing or estimatesEven after visiting the show room to pick out the floors I wanted to purchase, I could not get them to give me the time of day, let alone an installation quote like they had promisedAbsolutely no customer service at this placeApparently my money isn't good enough for them, and I'm done wasting my time with this placeIt's been over a month since I originally contacted them, and after over a dozen attempts to get noticed, I give upCannot recommend their services to anyone, as I was unable to convince them to provide their services to me

I hired The Flooring Guys in March to install wood flooring on my entire first floor with the exception of the mudroom and laundry room which are connected We worked with Doug and the entire process went well and their installers did an exceptional and quick job Installers were always on time and very polite and respectful of our home We were so happy with the wood floor install we ended up hiring them to install tile in our mudroom and laundry room in April The tile installers did a great job as well We work out of our home and the installer's discretion was key We hardly heard a peep out of them I would highly recommend The Flooring Guys for your flooring needsWe continue to receive many compliments on our wood flooring
