My card was overcharged resulting in my bank acct being emptied. Have promised and waiting for my $846.26 refund for over 2 weeks.
refund. Was processed out of my bank using debit card lending in ***. But they had hold on my acct for 5 days before. This was an a charge error by salesman Rick G who kept telling me it was my mistake but finally admitted it was his. I only owed then $186 but $846.24 was taken out. It was invoice # ***, batch #*** done on 7/29/19@ 10:08:54.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back plus a discount reund.

We reached out to Mr. to resolve the matter. We refunded his credit card the correct balance. We also provided him a $200.00 discount for the error and any undue hardship he may have experienced. We sincerely apologized for the credit card issue and are working to ensure that these issues do not occur again. Mr. expressed that he was satisfied with the resolution and came and picked up a check for his refund on 8/9/19.

Contract was to replace stair treads and risers at my residence, payment was made in full however only the treads were replaced, the risers were not.
The sales person Rick G whom I went over the scope of work with and signed the contract stating such with, agreed that the treads and risers were to be replaced, however only the treads were and when questioned on it, the only response I got after he confirmed the risers were not was "how did you want me to word the contract" Additionally since the installation being completed in October of 2018 and numerous attempts both over the phone and email with several company reps they have stopped as of April 2019 responding to my requests to honor their warranty when it was pointed out to them that the flooring they installed were starting to show defects that continue to grow worse by the day.

Desired Outcome

I would like to 50% of the $2000 refunded for which I paid to have the treads and risers replaced since only 50% of the contracted work actually happened. Additionally I would like them to either repair, replace or refund me for the cost of the defective flooring.

I'm sorry you are concerned that we did not provide materials or services you paid for. I was involved in the installation of the flooring and I don't recall you mentioning this in prior conversations.
I was not involved with the defective material claim so I would need to look into where the claim stands. I would be more than willing to meet you personally to look at your claims about the risers not provided and the defective materials to get a resolution. thank you

I am not sure who from flooring pros provided the response because no name or number was included but I am attaching the contract to show that I paid for stair treads and risers replacement but did not receive new risers. I did share the issue with Rick G and Arlo several times but they have failed to act on it.

I believe Arlo R and Rick G of Flooring Pros responses to this Revdex.com claim demonstrate exactly what one could expect if they choose to do business with them....Poor craftsmanship, poor communication and fraudulent warranties. As you can see from above, their first response on June 4th requested I contact them to seek resolution but left no name or number now in their 2nd response 17 days later they are claiming that they attempted to schedule an appointment but the email communication I have attached clearly shows that on that day I gave them 3 very large windows of time on THEIR desired days but 3 days later they still have not responded with a scheduled appointment. In conclusion, they are still giving me the run around on an incomplete job that they have been paid in full for and defaulting on warranty issues that were made aware to them 7 months ago

I The Flooring Pros are meeting With the client today between 2-3 To review his complaint.

Very professional company and easy to work with. When we had any questions, they had the answers for us. They even followed up to make sure we were happy with the outcome of the project! I would recommend using The Flooring Pros for any flooring project.

The floor that was installed was the wrong shade, sounded hollow on some spots and squeaks on some spots.
Had them installed wood floor. First they installed the wrong shade but I didn't complain about it and gave them benefit of the doubt and just had old flooring refinish to match.
The job didn't get done in one day because they didn't order
Enough materials so they left an unfinished floor with adhesive.
A week later they came back and the adhesive on the bare floor had dried up. The dried adhesive was not scraped off so before installing the remaining planks so many areas of the floor sounds hollow. This will break and squeak in time.
I emailed several times but nobody would call us back to tell
us if they are going to fix it.
It's now a month since they install the floor and still have not heard from them.
All the response from the email was "yes sir" and I'll request a work order. That was two weeks ago and no update until now.
All these time we are the one initiating the contact.
They took our money right away then it was hard to reach them.

Desired Outcome

Repair the hollow sounding boards without drilling them. Repair the squeaking parts of the floor. Clean up the glue on the floor separator. The job was rushed with no quality. Cost me $2650 hard earned money.

We have spoken to the customer and unfortunately the messages were not being relayed to our installation department. We went to the house on
10-6-2018 to inspect the repairs that the customer pointed out. There will need to be more material ordered to complete the repairs. We left a message with the customer on 10-8-2018 to schedule another trip to complete the repairs.
