With regard to this complaint, because we have had previous issues with this customer in the past, I felt it necessary to contact him and inform him of the price differenceI left a detailed message for him and when he did respond to my message I apologized and again explained to him that the price was $not $40.I gave him the option of cancelling the order and calling other flower shops in the area to find a "better" priceHe declined and told me to go ahead and send the flowers for the $50,plus delivery and sales taxAgain, he did have the option of cancelling the order and he had plenty of time to call other shops to find a different priceHe was not "extorted"

We gave them half their money back, the other family member that ordered the casket spray and other things check has bounced and we are now in the hole $We have done everything we could to resolve this issue, we are finish with this matter

I am so impressed by JoshHe has helped me for yearsI have few rentals and Josh has been always so understanding and kind helping in solving the problem and fixing itHe has saved me money by giving good advise to my tenants to prevent future problemsI feel he is like one of the family memberCaring and always goes an extra step to make his customers happyI Have been so pleased by his service He is knowledgeable and very professionalI love this company they really care for their customers

I am rejecting this response because:I have many witnesses and family members that were disgusted with the arrangementsAny conversation with the owner or her employee was on speaker phone and also heard by witnessesThe owner even admitted she delivered the flowers a day too early and did not order the correct standShe changes her story every time she opens her mouth.I have notified her I expect a full refund

I order over $worth of flowers for an anniversary surprise and never received themI was charged for the order and given a confirmation email that the goods would be delivered the next daySince then ive tried to call about times and the number isnt availableI tried emailing twice and have had no responseAnniversary surprise ruined

We have been in business for 17 years and have never been treated in this way as by this consumer.  She was very hostile.  She said the heart flower arrangement was brown and dying.  She sent photos which did not show any browning then she said that the arrangement was not big...

enough.  We took into account that she was grieving yet other family members and the funeral home verified that the arrangement was nice and not a concern.  We gave her back $150 for the arrangement and have gone above and beyond to appease her yet she continues to harass us and post negative comments on her Facebook page.  If she would have been nicer in dealing with us, we would have shared in her grieving and replace, redone or whatever that she thought was necessary to make it right.  At this point, there seems nothing else for us to do to satisfy her.

We contacted this customer early in the morning the day of the delivery not in the afternoon, he replied later that day.

 I do not live in the state. It was in the afternoon and the flowers were to be delivered that day for my mothers birthday. Any other shop would have charged me additional for the rushed delivery. Calling another shop was not an option. I made the order a week in advance in order to circumvent these issues.

AC turned off and called company in a panic. He asked me to check a few things and helped me fix the problem. I will absolutely call for all future needs. Excellent customer service
