Review: A few weeks ago I purchased two 30" lilac bushes, that were in 3 gallon containers. I paid $30 for each. I planted them, and was very happy. They didn't have all the colors I wanted, so they offered to order me the remaining 5 that I needed. I went in to pick them up yesterday. After I paid for them ($150.00 + tax), I commented that these bushes were NOT the 30" size that I requested and was charged for. The lady there said "we just take what they give us, and charge you according based on what our supplier charges us". In planting them today, my friends and I noticed that THESE plants had an established root ball, formed to fit into a one gallon contained, but were sold to me in THREE gallon containers so as to make me believe they were larger plants. The soil around the root ball was fresh and very loose, and did not have any roots into the larger container.I could have bought lilacs in a one gallon container anywhere, and paid a lot less than I paid at this location, for sure! I feel as though I was told ONE thing, and sold something different.Desired Settlement: I believe that I should receive a refund of 1/2 of what I paid for them. They are already in the ground, and I don't care to dig them up. They are visibly smaller than the first two I bought, therefore it's going to take a lot longer to get them to the height and width that I wanted in a 2 to 3 year time span. I feel I was terribly deceived, and overcharged!
