In regards to the complaint filed I have taken action to make things right with the customerWe always try to give great service and follow upIn regards to the un-answered messages, we had been having some phone issuesPeople would say that they had called and left a message but yet I would never recieve the messageA few customers had brought that to our attentionWe called our phone company to figure out what was going on, could never get a real answerWe took it upon ourselves to switch phone plans as well as buying a new phone because maybe the one we had was becoming too old or defectiveWe definitely apologize for any inconvenienceI have contacted the home owners and left them a message to please call me back to be able to fix the situationI will wait to hear back from them to make an appointment a.s.a.pThank You

never recieve the message. A few customers had brought that to our attention. We called our phone company to figure out what was going on, could never get a real answer.
