Not true mydaughters grades were As n Bs before attending sessions at FFHer grades did not improve.As stated she went solely for sat prep and started on her penmanship trying to make her write faster.The never analyzed her sat scores to see what areas she needed help and whether she was missing easy or hard questions. There were numerous college student "tutors" not a single professional.The person we used the next winter averaged 180 points increase.After entering into an $800 contract we saw that other students were primary school age appearing to be autistic or down syndrome or other severe language based issues.I believe we were misled in the FF specialty services. The staff who worked with [redacted] included three certified teachers and one engineering student who was tutoring calculus and SAT math for us that summer. These same tutors helped quite a few students attain new high scoring SAT results. The tutors who worked with [redacted] that summer helped one HS student who was previously math phobic to attain an A- for his summer of work with us at one of the best high schools in Massachusetts. THIS year that student received a major scholarship in engineering. Our tutor [redacted] left us to be a medical device trainer for a major medical company in Boston, [redacted] attained a full time teaching position in Hingham, and [redacted]h is an environmental engineer. Our student population IS diverse, but we had separate rooms for each student in our facility at Beal Street. I continue to believe that [redacted]'s work with us helped her to continue to develop. See the attached file for a record of our tutors and what they worked on. In addition [redacted] was a no show for two sessions, but we did not charge these missed sessions to Ms. [redacted].
