Let me address several issues presented incorrectly in the ResponseFirst of all, by delivering flyers to a doorway, the company is not violating anything illegallyOur company does not "solicit" anything We are merely the delivery personnel We are not solicitingThe businesses themselves are and this is why we request a Do Not Deliver map when our customers drop off their flyersSecondly, I am Stefanie's partnerA response from me is the same as receiving one from her Thirdly, all of these points were made to [redacted] in an email sent last weekAfter he called the workers immigrants and "knuckle-draggers" Such language is not only inaccurate but racist and hate speech We employ zero people who are not American citizensIn addition, we don't have thugs working for usI'm sure if Mr [redacted] would say something to the deliverer when he made the mistake, they would apologize and remove the flyersLastly, I believe the situation has been address not only by phone but emailNow it is again being addressed repeatedly hereThere is no recourse other than to apologize, which we did, remove the flyers, which we did, follow up, which we did, and do our best to never deliver to his house againIf you feel there should be more, please explain what that would beBo R [redacted]

This customer called on Saturday to ask that we not deliver flyers to his or his mother's houseWe immediately took action and went to both residences and removed the flyers from each doorFurthermore, a followup was done through email following the phone call. As a delivery company, it is
encumbant upon our customers to label maps with Do Not Deliver doorways Of the 3,flyers delivered that day, this was the only complaintIt was addressed within an hour and the flyers were removed

This company has been notified on numerous prior occasions not to deliver to the referenced houses but continues to do so although a "Do Not Deliver" notice has been postedIN addition, delivery personnel walk through landscaping damaging irrigation systems and plants. Company owner, Stefanie M*** does not respond to requests to speak with her regarding this on-going illegal activity. Other employees are unapologetic. A quick internet search and review of social media identify numerous similar complaints
