have asked him to measure and send us photos of the measurements but the customer has not responded. If we made a mistake and the customer can send us photos with a measuring tape we are happy to fix it for free. We think the customer ordered the wrong shape & size because he didn't understand our website.

I need to see the foam is cut different than is on the order….
 
When measuring, use a tape measure and capture both ends of the tape in the photo. Careful not to pull as this will pull into the foam and change the accuracy of the measurement.
