My experience with Tommy's Moving & Storage exceeded my expectations at every step of the processAfter having signed an agreement with a top national moving company they called me literarilly the day before the actual move to tell me they didn't have a truck!!! I could not believe itI was paying a lot of money for what I thought was a reputable company but what a disappointment!! My wife and I were shocked to say the leastWe had already packed everything and had to turn the keys in the day of the move to the owner
Someone in my building suggested I called Tommy's as the experience from several other residents who had moved in or out and used Tommy's was very positiveThey were so understanding and graciousThey immediately went to work on a solution and to my surprise they did offer to move me the next day, and at a much lower price! I couldn't believe itThe movers arrived on time, were super nice, professional, and showed a great attitude throughout the moveThey pack all the fragile items, were very careful, and took their time***, at the office, was amazingShe even offered very creative solutions to obstacles that building Management offices put on moves that are not always reasonable
I highly recommend Tommy's and only wished other service providers could take a page from them when looking into their Customer Service
