First of all I'm not and won't be a member of the Revdex.com so not sure why I need to even respondI'll discuss that with my attorney tomorrow Miss [redacted] is seriously confused in her thinking Rather than come to our scheduled meeting she sent her boyfriend who brought with him Miss ***'s wish list of things they wanted to do with the house for me to review and include in the paperwork I would need to prepare for her renovation loanThat is not a home inspectionThat is part of the required consultation process of the HUD renovation loan program she was attempting to use and for which I am HUD approved to do As she clearly stated the home has structural issues, that automatically makes its a FULL 203K not a Streamline regardless of dollar amountThat is NOT Miss ***'s decision whether she likes it or not If Miss [redacted] or yourself would like to read through the guidelines which also covers the consulting fee's which she is wrong about as well, it's all available for public viewingIt's FEDERAL LAWIf Miss [redacted] has a problem with the law she needs to take that up with congress My fees are published and absolutely no where will you find where I do home inspections for $100, I don't know anyone who doesAs for the consulting fees, HUD sets those take up the issue with themGood luck they are the same fees that have been around since If Miss [redacted] has more than "bill" from me someone has forged them and those are a HUD document I'm forwarding her complaint to HUD and my attorney as well for her comments like that and other outright statements As for this bogus complaint it needs to be removed

If Miss [redacted] has more than 1 "bill" from me someone has forged them and those are a HUD document.
I'm forwarding her complaint to HUD and my attorney as well for her comments like that and other outright false statements.
