To whom it my concern,We received a complaint to the from the Revdex.com regarding [redacted] In response to this complaint first please see attached email from my corporate office explaining what happened at payoffCustomer came in and purchase vehicle on 6/8/On 7/2/he came in and sign a stop pay for ACH payments (please see attached form) and it states on form that the corporate office needs days to process all ACH stop paysCustomers first payment had been scheduled to come out on 7/5/Customer came in on 7/7/and paid off accountThe system we use applies the PPP refund to the account during pay offOn 7/8/his account went in as a past due account because the ACH payment had went NSF causing a NSF feeWe had tried to call customer several times prior to him coming in to drop the vehicle for repairs on 7/18/When he came in on 7/18/he was aware that the account had a NSF on itHe was not happy but I explained to him that the stop pay takes up to days to processHe said that he was not going to pay the feeI explained to him that I could not waive the NSF fee but I would waive the late fee of He seemed fine with thatI took the vehicle in and he paid account current which was a total of which includes car payment NSF fee and service contract deductibleOur company has switched to a new system and I was unaware that the PPP refund was applied to the payoff I told the customer that he should receive a PPP refundWhen I found out that it was applied to payoff I tried to call customer and explained to him the details and he said that he would call his lawyer and did not want to deal with or speak to us againThat was the end of the discussionI never called him a liar and he has been paid what is due to himPlease call with any questions.Thank you, [redacted] ***Assistant Manager Car-mart Of Nacogdoches

I am rejecting this response because: I have not as promised been as spoken " what is due me!" I did say I would speak to my lawyer and he told me it was a small claims case. When I went in to straighten out the ADH draft I saw an amount owed of some $17. If the PPP was applied and I then paid tbe account current why am I not entitled to that monies?

Customers first payment had been scheduled to come out on 7/5/2016. Customer came in on 7/7/2016 and paid off account. The system we use applies the PPP refund to the account during pay off. On 7/8/2016 his account went in as a past due account because the ACH payment had went NSF causing a 25.00 NSF fee. We had tried to call customer several times prior to him coming in to drop the vehicle for repairs on 7/18/2016. When he came in on 7/18/2016 he was aware that the account had a NSF on it. He was not happy but I explained to him that the stop pay takes up to 10 days to process. He said that he was not going to pay the fee. I explained to him that I could not waive the NSF fee but I would waive the late fee of 20.00. He seemed fine with that. I took the vehicle in and he paid account current which was a total of 476.69 which includes 400.00 car payment 25.00 NSF fee and 50.00 service contract deductible.
