I recently went to The Frame Factory for my first eye exam in years. The optometrist was friendly, kind and extremely efficient. The other staff members helped me navigate the selection of frames and ultimately helped me choose a beautiful pair of glasses! I loved not feeling rushed and the professionalism each representative held through the process. It was wonderful to feel like they truly appreciated my business.
