I have called and complained about not getting my news paper. This has been going on for several months. The Franklin News Post Office keeps telling me that a new delivery driver is working my route. The three times I have called and complained have been on a Monday, I then receive my paper on Wednesday and do not receive another one until I call and complain again. I paid for a years subscription up front and I am not getting what I paid for.
This letter is in response to complaint submitted to The Revdex.com by *** July 31st, 2017.Contacted subscriber, delivery issues have been resolved. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
