The Franklinville Inn

Review: I called & ordered a gift card to be sent to me in Ca. & given to my son who will be based in NJ for a yr. The restaurant me what you see enclosed. A menu, & a paper card stating 100 gift card would be inside .......NO CARD ! I used a visa gift card given to me that I had saved. Because of this I have no record of the sale. I used up the card & threw it away. I was very fond of the Inn & never expected this treatment ! They say the gift card was enclosed. It was not. They refuse to help me locate my sale or mail me the card ! The envelope was not tampered with that was mailed to me. I have been trying to get somewhere with these people for quite some time. I mailed the envelope & copies of this back to them to prove my point. Please assist me in getting my 100 gift card. I still can not believe they would do this. They said to blame it on the mailman ! I am shipping out soon & hope to get this resolved ![redacted]Desired Settlement: Replacement
