I am rejecting this response because: The gym and I had an agreement to have me pay "Month to Month" for my daughter who was 6yrs old at the timeShe was feeling out what she liked and didn't like in regards to extra activities outside of schoolWith that agreement that is why my credit card was not on file for automatic pay which is part of their records as well. I have all of my "Month to Month" receipts showing I paid every month my daughter went to training even id it was for one day of the monthIn addition the form that the employee had me sign she stated "Only sign this so that we can make sure she's on the books as a member here" still with the agreement that it was month to month and my credit card not on file. My daughter quit again and this time I had the instructor speak with her and he gave a short lecture on "How quitting isn't good and it's always best to stick with something and to not be a quitter" So now for this company to try and swindle more money out of me knowing I was on a Month to Month plan is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessionalI will now go forward to writing a public letter of my experience of this place telling how they will try and ruin your credit by sending you to collections for money you do not owe.Whats sad is that my daughter actually liked the place and the instructor and gave him things she createdShe asked to go back during the time they tried swindling money out of me and I had to make up an excuse of why she cant. I'm not into defaming a company or anyoneSo I will write a experience letter and then allow my lawyer to read it making sure it's within the law to be shared through the media and physical mail utilizing the postal service that I work forI will also bring the letter to the company allowing them to read it as well so they can read the facts. I'm a stand up person and I believe your word is everything so doing something that's harmful to someone who thought they had an agreement of month to month payment just to hurt their credit I lost total respect for. Being a business owner as well I believe in your word is everything with a customer and knowing that one bad experience from a quality stand up customer isn't good and should always be fixedWord of Mouth is everything for a business.
I was always nice to these people and my daughter was too it's sad it haves to come to thisI would have took her to Tiger Schulmans that have a month to month if I knew they would do thisMy gym I go to is month to month, trying to force someone to pay more money when they no longer want to go to a gym knowing they were paying month to month is crazy

I am rejecting this response because: When I signed the following agreement I stated "I want to pay Month to Month because my daughter is still figuring out what her interest are. I also explained that I did not want my credit card on file which is how this company usually does business regarding payments. My card was never on file because I was paying month to month. Natalie the worker there said "Thats Fine, just sign this agreement so that she will at least be on record as a member here" I said "Ok"If I knew they would try to turn this around to where when my daughter decided to quit and on the day she quit I brought her in and W[redacted] and Natalie spoke to her and gave her a speech about how it's best to stick with things and not quit and I agreed. If I knew they would try to make me pay after she quit knowing we had a verbal agreement that I would pay month to month because she's still feeling out what her interest are I would have never came to this place.It's a deceitful move to try and do this, it's not about the money it's the principal and the fact that we had an agreement of month to month payment only. The contract means nothing it was only meant to be signed so my daughter would look as if she was a member there per Natalie the worker there.I will not pay whatever extra money they are trying to swindle me out of. If they don't want to confess to what the real agreement was that me and my daughter heard Natalie say then so be it. This is their karma.This entire experience shows how people can become greedy and conniving. I will never suggest this business to anyone. I will have my lawyers deal with the collection company and again will make sure my experience at this company is informed to many.I will suggest Tiger S[redacted] which does live up to their agreement of month to month without trying to swindle people out of their money if their child decides to quit.
