Hello, I am responding to the complaint ID [redacted] by [redacted] against the French Laundry on 6/10/ Mrs [redacted] asked that all her cleaning to be seperated by item type after the first delivery was made to her home We did this, undoing any "suiting" that may have been doneThe first delivery was suited Mrs [redacted] requested all her items to be washed/wet cleaned instead of dry cleaned We did this going against the manufacturers care label The possibility for damaged items is greater when one goes against a care label, that is why the care labels are thereWe read and follow care labels everyday in our business unless the customer requests otherwise which was the case with Mrs*** Any damage to items that occured from wetcleaning, Mrs [redacted] can take back to the place of purchase if and only if the care label said wash, not dry clean as wetcleaning/washing is how the garment was cared for Mrs***'s belongings were to be picked up and delivered from her home and placed back into the room the items were taken from This was done, with the exception of items that were left at the front door in garbage bags, dropped off at French Laundry, taken out of clothes hampers or handed to us by the ***'s clecrew An agreement was never made to reorganize her belongings All correspondence between Mrs***, myself and her insurance agent tell what was agreed upon and what an insurance check was issued for I am happy to forward all these correspondences to you but Mrs [redacted] has all of these and we still are not in agreement Thank you, [redacted] ***

done. The first delivery was suited.   Mrs. [redacted] requested all her items to be washed/wet cleaned instead of dry cleaned.  We did this going against the manufacturers care label.  The possibility for damaged items is greater when one goes against a care label, that is why the care labels are there.
