I am a senior citizen and asked for a refund of the remainder of my days that I paid FOR SINCE I FOUND THE FOOD INEDIBLE AND I HAD TO THROW IT OUT...THEY IGNORED MY REQUESTS SO I CONTINUE TO GET THE DAYS THAT REMAIN AND THROW IT OUT...THEY ARE CROOKS
[redacted] 4/27/2017 [redacted] was seen in our office between 5/26/2015 – 11/18/2016 for extractions, fabrication of temporary dentures, relines of the temporary dentures until healing and all necessary adjustments. [redacted] has not made any additional appointments nor contacted our office since his last appointment. [redacted] is entitled to a reimbursement of $775.00 $1250 NDWP-( temp denture $475)= $775.00 [redacted] final denture were delivered: 1. Final dentures- remake 6/24/2016 2. Final dentures- 2"4 remake 8/512016 3. Final dentures- 3' remake 10/24/16—sent to outside lad ([redacted]) If there are any additional concerns, please contact me
I have been a member of The Fresh Diet since October 2015. Unfortunately, the company did not delivered my meals for July 25th. I called to complain but the phone number is not longer active. I wrote an email to One of the sales persons at [email protected], but email account has been disabled.
