After purchasing my home in 2008, I was assured all closing issues would be handled. 5 years later, they are not. The company will not return calls.
In 2008 I purchased a home and had Mr. [redacted] handle the closing. At the closing Mr. [redacted] assured me that everything involving the title would be taken care of. After numerous conversations with his post-closing person, I was assured there were only small issues with the title. I assisted where I could and thought it was handled. I am attempting to sell my house and now I find out the title is not free and clear like I was told. there are major issues that will probably cause the buyers to back out of the deal. Mr. [redacted] office has not contact the closing attorney's office, nor has he contacted myself. Both parties have attempted to contact him both via telephone and email.
