Sir, the estimator never reviewed any potential issues that may arise with the installOnly thing I got from estimator is reassurance that I will be 110% satisfied with the install and enjoy highest quality of the installationI reviewed the PDF you sent which I signed and in the document there is nothing about any potential issue except the color of the door does not match my paint which I am OK with. Also just to clarify the installer did not offer to do anything about this problemI told him I am not happy with this and he needs get this fixedI offered him the paint in my garage but he said he could not use it
Besides the paint the door edge also has some sheetrock damageI am not a handyman and I don’t know how to pick paintIf picked a wrong one it will do more damage than goodAll I am asking the front door company is to return the edge of my door to its original conditionIf it is not front door expertise to do this then I should get 10% refund so I can find a professional to get this doneWhat is the point to install a $5,door if all the edge looks like crab

which is why we were up front about it. I was unable to view any photos. Can you please send them to [redacted].com.During the install, we offered to touch up the areas of concern and even helped look through the garage to find the correct paint, but the paint was dried up and not usable. We are willing to send a painter out to address your concerns at no charge, but we simply ask that you provide the paint. Hi Mr. [redacted],We were unable to use your paint because it was dried up and solid, which rendered it unusable. I was able to review the images and feel that the issue can be easily fixed by our painter. The reason we feel you should be involved in the paint selection process is to ensure that you are satisfied with the color. We can help in picking out the correct paint product, but we will need to look at the old can of paint to see if we can determine the brand, color, and sheen. There is no way to determine that information from looking at the wall color.
