In this case a customer searched for Thanksgiving Buffets in Modesto, The Fruit Yard came up in the search engine. The website viewed by the customer was not a website of The Fruit Yard, it was a old website powered by Yellow Pages, and unfortunately the website had wrong pricing and information. When calling The Fruit Yard to confirm price, the hostess informed them that the price was different from what customer had seen on the website. The Manager researched the website with the wrong information and found it to be a website not in our control. We got in contact with Yellow Pages about this issue and they said they would pull the website down. The website we control www.thefruityard.com has a correct calendar of events along with picture ads showing the current price.

We apologize for the inconvenience to the customer. Unfortunately we did not have control over the website with the old information. We have had numerous ads in the newspaper along with in house table tents and posters showing the accurate and current price. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience the customer had.
