The Fulfillment Lab Reviews (%countItem)

This company practices unscrupulous marketing tactics, and is running a scam. I got pulled into a scam when I received a text from my phone carrier, T-Mobile, (or so I thought) offering me a customer appreciation "free" gift. Among the list of various items on offer I selected a bottle of Life CBD Oil. In all honesty, I was skeptical at first and in hindsight I should have checked with T-Mobile before I took the bait. I discovered later that T-Mobil was runnning no such offer.

Several weeks later I was billed for an additional bottle and learned I was automatically enrolled in a recurring shipment plan, none of which I authorized. At no time was it disclosed that this was a 14 day "trial" and if I didn't return the "free" bottle within that time period I would be charged for it and enrolled in the recurring shipment plan.

I got lucky when my credit card company flagged the charge as "possible fraud," declined it and contacted me. Since I didn't recognize the amount or name, my card was then canceled. Only with my bank's assistance was I then able to track these people down and discover all the details about this scam.

Dear Ms. ***,
We have received your review. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you have experienced. Our team has investigated this case more in depth and we do not have a record of shipping to you.
Please note that we do not sell products to consumers. We are a fulfillment company. Kindly provide a product photo so that we can confirm this inquiry is not associated with any of the companies that we provide fulfillment services for. Without this, unfortunately we cannot provide you with information to contact the seller directly for assistance in getting your refund as we are not able to locate the company referenced in your complaint.
Here are some suggestions that may help you acquire a refund and/or subscription cancellation. Do you have a record of the website you may have made the purchase from? Or perhaps you might be able to dispute the charges with your credit card company? Is there a receipt or invoice that may have the information for the original seller? Additionally, if you look on the label of the physical product, there may be a "Distributed By" listed with contact information for you to get in touch with the seller directly. We take consumer protection very seriously and we want every consumer to be successful in receiving customer service from the original sellers of the products, subscriptions, and any items they have purchased.
Please also let us know how you received our information. We are happy to assist, however, we are more like the postal service or UPS which is responsible for shipping items rather than refunds that should be provided by the original seller. We certainly understand that this process is frustrating for you and we do not wish to cause any additional inconvenience. We hope that you receive the resolution you are requesting from the original seller. If you do identify the company that sold to you, please let us know so that we can investigate this further. Also, if you know the seller name or shipping name or address, please let us know and we'll search for it. In the meantime, we would kindly request that you remove your review about our company, as we did not sell you the product.
Sincerely,
The Fulfillment Lab, Inc.

SCAM!!!! Ordered, 1 August 2020, the Amazin Brain ONLY and was also charged for an Omega fish oil supplement which I did not order. Misleading advertising. Received the products 10 days after placing the order. The products did not work as advertised and after three days I decided to cancel the order. I checked my bank statement online and found that I had a pending charge of $103.95. When I spoke with a company representative on 13 August 2020, she told me that the 14-day trial had expired. Apparently she failed third-grade arithmetic. Provided me a cancellation number and closed out the account. On 15 August the pending charge was now active. Called again to complain and requested refund. Another company representative told me that the 13-day trial had expired and no refund was pending. Which is it, a 13-day or 14-day trial period? Either way I met the requirement before either the trial period had expired. Now will take this up with my bank. What a dirty shame to steal from senior citizens! Buyer beware! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Mr.,

Thank you for making us aware of this. We are very sorry that you have had an unpleasant experience with one of the companies for which we provide fulfillment services. Although your complaint is not with our company, we value every consumer and we wish to provide as much help as we can.

The Fulfillment Lab, Inc. (TFL) is not the manufacturer of any products and does not care for customer billing or advertising for any companies. TFL cares only for warehousing, packaging, and shipping as an entirely separate company altogether. The address you referenced is a United States Postal Service Post Office Box used for fulfillment purposes by TFL clients for warehousing, packing, and shipping. Most likely, the company that is sending you products and charging you is one of the hundreds of companies with products being fulfilled by TFL daily. Although TFL carefully reviews each client before agreeing to fulfill their products, TFL cannot control how another company chooses to handle customer billing issues or monitor how they advertise to consumers. However, TFL does recognize your dissatisfaction and we want to help.

When a consumer places an order, the quantity and shipping information is sent to a TFL warehouse for fulfillment purposes, but TFL is not involved at all with billing or trials or advertising. When a return is processed, a consumer calls customer service of the company in question (as you did), and the company chooses whether or not to issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to the consumer. If an RMA is issued, it will use a TFL warehouse as the return address the USPS address we discussed earlier. Again, TFL only handles the processing of the inventory, not billing or refunds. TFL does not have the ability to address billing matters between the consumers for the products we ship and the companies the consumers purchased products from. Billing and refunds are handled directly between the consumer and the manufacturer or company that sold them the product originally. TFL cannot assume the responsibility of refunding consumers for products that they do not manufacture or sell. It is the company you purchased the product from that is responsible for providing you with a refund for the product they sold you. It is our sincere hope that they satisfy you as a consumer and care for this matter promptly.

TFL's role in the process is warehousing, packaging, and shipping. We did our part in the process, but TFL was added to this complaint as a result of the return address. But TFL is not the company that sold you the product or responsible for billing or refunds of their products. We do not receive funds from consumers nor do we return funds to consumers.

Nevertheless, to aid you as a consumer we are happy to assist you with your attempts to contact them so you they can address these matters with you directly. We do not want to see any consumer dissatisfied and we will carefully review this matter to make sure that consumers understand that is not TFL who is the manufacturer or selling these products. In addition, TFL carefully reviews its relationship with any company that has been accused of fraudulent business practices. We hope that the company in question will offer you a response directly to resolve this matter. If you would be so kind as to remove The Fulfillment Lab, Inc. from your complaint and rather direct it to the company that sold you the product and is now continuing to bill you.

Thank you for understanding our role in this process. TFL has been negatively affected by these complaints and it is not a matter we take lightly.

Sincerely,
The Fulfillment Lab, Inc.

This company is terrible. Do not deal with them !! Their advertising is misleading and their free trial is truly a lie. They bill you for shipment only as advertised and later bill you for the full amount with no advance notice. Their shipment documents do not advise of a 14 day limit on cancellation not does it provide any phone number, website or address to contact them. Also you are automatically enrolled in a shipment schedule where they bill your credit card with no authorization from you. This is truly a scam operation!
