Fact 1: Attached is the Last Will and Testament of *** *** that states I am an heir and niece of *** ***, and my brother *** is an heir and nephew of *** ***The funeral director Kenneth ***’s signature is a witness on this document! This supporting evidence is
clearly obvious, *** made a written defamation statement and is a cause for action relevant to personal injury and damaging our family reputation
Fact 2: Attached is the Last Will and Testament of *** *** that states I am an heir and niece of *** *** and my brother *** is an heir and nephew of *** ***This document contradicts all written and spoken defamation made by both *** and ***
Fact 3: Attached is a Oklahoma Federal Census that lists *** as the daughter of my grandparents, *** and *** ***This document contradicts all written and spoken defamation made by *** (to present) and *** that we are cousins
Fact 4: I have in my possession a Funeral Program in which *** prepared the content and recognized my mother as sister n’ law to the deceased Kenneth ***, spouse of *** ***This document contradicts both all written and spoken defamation made by *** that my mother is a cousin to *** ***
Fact 5: *** does not personally know us, nor does he know the operation of our minds, therefore, he CANNOT speak on behalf of our demeanor by stating we’re unhappy peopleI only hope this situation never happens to ***Perhaps maybe then, he will he be able to objectively be understanding and kind, and empathize with family members like funeral directors are supposed to be
Fact 6: I was given permission to make a remark by the initial usher/speaker after asking her if I could speakShe smiled and gave the approval
Fact 7: Insults were not addressed to the public by me
Fact 8: Yes, I called *** a coward, and so what? It’s deemed as freedom of speech (attached document), therefore, it’s my first amendment rightA coward is much more attractive and respectable than the ugly truth I could have said…*** is a criminal with a history of theft, assault, embezzlement, harassment and forgery (undisputed in Oklahoma civil court records)
Fact 9: In reiteration...an empathetic, professional and reasonable funeral director would not terminate a funeral service after nearly minutes and thereafter, not allow family members to view their loved one’s body after asking several timesSecond, I knew about visitation dates/times and viewings of the body held in Watonga and Enid which is irrelevantI was specific and clear in saying initially that we were not allowed to view the body after *** prematurely terminated the funeral service
Fact 10: ***’s slander, libel, personal conflict of interest in association and endorsement of *** and sub-standard level of care relevant to the aforementioned and initial complaint justifies a cause of action for negligenceHis negligence is not a challenging issue and allows the position to bring forth a lawsuit for personal injuries relevant to funeral negligence
Fact 10: The funeral home is found to be negligent by causing personal injury relevant to emotional distress and physical ailments suffered by my family and I as a result of their gross and unprofessional negligenceMy mother has suffered more than any of us, psychological and physical harm as a result in a number of different ways
Fact 11: It can be proven that both the actions of *** and ***, and associates of the funeral home were intentional and per all supporting evidence, they know we are niece and nephew of *** and my mother is the sister of ***This justifies a legal cause of action for punitive damages and can also be proven through gross negligence in many circumstancesThey need to be punished for their actions
Fact 12: Witnessing this entire ordeal improperly mishandled was and still is a traumatic experience and can have a long lasting impact on the mental well-being of our family - especially my motherWe have feelings of distress, and anxiety, which are amplified due to our relationship with our beloved *** ***
