I spoke to *** a day after we saw the complaint Bulldog immediately checked into his case and found we had made the mistake Around the first of May I spoke with our collection agency and they stopped the collection efforts and send notification letters to all the bureaus I have spoken to *** *** through email and explained what had happened and let him know the process from here to clear his credit He was understanding and thankful At this point we have done all the things necessary to clean up his situation and we are now waiting on the bureaus to reflect the changes Thank youTray C***
