I went in last Wednesday 7/22/20 and bought an Electra Sectional, which is a 3 piece set for $1699.97. It was delivered on Friday 7/24/20 around 10:15 pm. They didn't want to assemble it because they claimed I only paid for delivery. When I opened the boxes to assemble my furniture. All the furniture were tied up in one big wrinkled plastic box places in 2 separate boxes. Only one box came with padding and packing materials with the instructions. Not only did these people sent me used furniture, the pieces were scratched up all over, broken, and the materials were ripped. I was beyond upset that Sunday night. So I sent an email to their website and called the store at 10:00 on Monday 7/27/20. No one answered until about 10 or 10:15 pm. I spoke to Carla the girl who sold me the furniture and she acted as if she was shocked and assured me the furniture would be replaced on Wednesday. Well Wednesday went by and no one came. I can't believe the nerve of these people sending me used, broken, and ripped furniture for my $1699.97 cents.

Refund I would like for Furniture Depot to provide with a full refund or provide me with a new sectional set. I did not buy used furniture therefore I cannot accept used furniture.
