online website so this relationship is beyond repair. I am a small business and the public feels there can be no mistakes made. He feels I was trying to bait and switch him which is totally false. The price Should have been 3044.71 including tax and delivery. That price is lower than any Brick and Mortar or online retailer in the United States. My employee mistakenly did not charge tax or delivery and gave an additional discount to make it an even $2,800. I do not no where he came up with the $3,250 that figure was never discussed. As far as I am concerned this matter is closed. [redacted]

Review: We went on two separate days - Saturday and Sunday - to look at Bedroom furniture and received consistent pricing on both days. In particular - the Salesperson, [redacted] - offered us No Sales Tax and Free Delivery. We placed the order and put down a good faith deposit. On Monday the owner called us and refused to honor the pricing saying the Sales person had made a mistake and had not charged us for a night stand. When we refuted that with the invoice he said all the individual items were priced wrong. On investigating it turns out that he was refusing to offer the No Sales Tax and Free Delivery option saying that he wasn't going to do that. He refused to admit this was a mistake that he should admit the same. On investigating online we found another occasion of the "No Sales Tax & Delivery" issue that a previous customer - [redacted] - had in February 2012. Clearly this is a practice the owner uses to his benefit when he sees fit. He baited us into putting down a deposit and switched the price the next morning betting that we would not walk away.Desired Settlement: He can either honor the pricing his team offered (and signed an invoice with a deposit for - isn't that why its called a "Good Faith Deposit") or apologize clearly in writing for his behavior. In addition - Customers should be made safe from his Bait and Switch practices.
