Review: On 8-**-2014, I ordered a bed/ dresser from 2901 Furniture Outlet. Unfortunately, I processed this item using credit from [redacted]. I was told I could obtain this product interest free after 3 months and the clock would start once I received my item. The problem is half my order was delivered - dresser. I knew the bed was on back order and would take 4 weeks. However, its been 8 weeks and I cannot get a the [redacted] to call back and I am currently paying for an item I don't have. In addition, payment in full is due in 4 weeks. I have asked [redacted] to reset time which they can't. Therefore , I've called and sent numerous emails to the store to cancel order and issue credit for difference between bed and dresser. As dresser is the most expensive item. I am being ignored and can't be given a date as of 10-**-2014.Iron Baremore Bed is available at 4 websites and have been for weeks. Info provided to company to no avail or matter. Bed is most expensive item and has not been delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like store to issue credit memo for bed so that I am only responsible for dresser. Finance company has my bank account information and will continue to deduct funds from my account until a credit memo for bed has been issued.
