The Furniture Place

I just purchased my first home and I needed furniture so on Thursday December 6th, 2018 I went to "Furniture Place" located ***,Forestville, MD ***. My stepfather just passed away 5 months ago so my mother is now living with me and as I work two jobs to take csre of us. I took her to the store. I ordered a sectional which was a special order and a bedroom set with a matress for my mother. I was told the sectional will arrive on the 28th of December and the bed is available to be delivered the on the 10th of Dec. I was not happy with the sectional being delivered so late but at least my mom was getting her bed in a couple of days. Wehad been sleeping on air mattress for the time being. The delivery was never made and we didn't even get a phone call. My mother called them and she was told by Richard, the manager she'll be receiving it the following week.
The following week came she didn't get her bed or any notice from the furniture store so she went to the furniture store and was told it would be arriving with three sectional on the 28th of December. On the 28th I called the furniture store to see what time thr delivery will be and I was told they didn't have the product and it would be arriving on the 2nd of January. It will be delivered on the 3rd of January 2019. Though angry I was patient.
On the 2nd of January I called to inquire about the delivery and I was told that now my furniture with be delivered on the 7th. I went to the furniture store and expressed how angry I was and because we had been waiting for over a month sleeping on air mattresses my 66 year old mother now was waking up complaining about back pain in the morning. Of course they gave me the runaround so I called the next day and told them to cancel the whole order. I was buying a bed for my mother which was being delivered that same day because I explained what I just went through.
They refused and told me I would have to pay them in full even though I cancel before arrival. I need help please.
