Company collected $7,000 dollars for a vacation booking in June of 2020 and did not provide me a refund prior to stopping business. Request refund.
Adam *** owes me $7,000.00 for a vacation booking made on 8/2/2019.
Full payment was made by credit card on 8/2/2019.
I have emailed and called the G2G contacts and no response other than operations have ceased.
I sent a text directly to Mr. cell phone and no response.
Full refund.
I had two vacations planned through Getaway2Give at two different locations. When I emailed them to see if they are flexible with dates due to this COVID-19 pandemic and I received an automated email stating they have shut down their business and there isn't any working phones or emails. They did refer any further communication to ***@gmail.com but I've received no reply whatsoever. I am out $8,990.00. Not sure what to do or how to proceed.
